Does anyone know how to activate the "Constraint Solver" utility with a macro? (Code?)

When a macro runs the "evolver.optimize" code the constraint solver is bypassed, however with the same settings when the optimization is started from the evolver menu manually, the constraint solver utility is automatically activated and runs first by finding a feasible solution where all the constraints are met and then runs the main optimization routine.
